Information and availability

The public website describes the Aegis101 product and provides general information. Features, framework coverage, and availability may change. Controlled application access is subject to separate arrangements provided to authorised users.

Decision-support boundary

Aegis101 content and outputs support technology-risk assessment and decision-making. They are not legal advice, professional audit, certification, accreditation, formal compliance approval, formal NCSC CAF assessment, or production readiness approval. Users remain accountable for scope, submitted information, evidence, risk decisions, and appropriate specialist review.

Report tours

The public report tours use fictional, sanitised examples and selected report views. They demonstrate presentation and language only and must not be treated as an assessment of a real organisation or system.

Framework independence

Aegis101 is an independent assessment tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the owners of referenced frameworks. Framework references are informational and do not constitute certification, formal compliance attestation, legal advice, or legal assurance.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious material, scrape protected application content, or use Aegis101 in a way that infringes rights or applicable law.

Intellectual property

Aegis101 branding, product design, original content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party frameworks and marks remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply endorsement.

Liability

The public website is provided on an information basis. To the extent permitted by law, Aegis101 does not accept liability for decisions made solely from public content or for loss arising from unavailable or inaccurate third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
